Over 20 years he has personally architected and shipped more than 700 brand and platform transformations across BFSI, EdTech, D2C, healthcare, real-estate, logistics, hospitality and B2B SaaS — covering everything from native iOS/Android apps and PWA storefronts to enterprise-grade CRM, ERP, SIS, LMS, HRMS, partner portals, customer self-service portals, dealer networks, KYC stacks, payment ledgers and bespoke platforms hand-built around the customer's specific operating model.

As Product Officer-as-a-Service he runs the full lifecycle the way an in-house CPO would: discovery sprints, JTBD mapping, opportunity sizing, MoSCoW-prioritised roadmaps, RICE-scored backlogs, system architecture diagrams, API contracts, multi-tenant data models, role-based access control, event-driven micro-services, CI/CD pipelines, observability via OpenTelemetry, and post-launch growth instrumentation. He has personally led migrations from legacy monoliths to headless React/Next.js front-ends backed by Supabase, Postgres, Node, Python, Go and serverless edge functions — compressing 9-month enterprise rollouts into 30-day shipped MVPs without cutting corners on architecture.

Meenakshi runs the financial nervous system of HyperRevamp — from working-capital management, multi-entity P&L consolidation and cash-flow forecasting to pricing model design, contract economics, and the unit-economics dashboards that govern every engagement. She ensures the business compounds margin while still investing aggressively in talent, R&D and client outcomes.

On compliance she has built the rails that let HyperRevamp serve regulated, enterprise and cross-border clients with confidence — GST, TDS, transfer pricing, MSA/SOW governance, IP assignment, NDA and DPA workflows, GDPR/DPDP data-handling postures, and audit-ready financial controls. Her discipline is the reason high-stakes clients trust us with their most sensitive transformations.

Capt. Saket brings command-grade discipline to HyperRevamp's operations. As a master mariner with decades of executive sea-going and shore-side leadership, he has run multi-million-dollar assets across global trade routes — making decisions where downtime, weather, geopolitics and regulatory regimes intersect in real time. That operating muscle now runs our end-to-end delivery execution, enterprise risk and business continuity posture.

He owns the operating spine of every engagement: programme governance, cross-border delivery coordination, risk registers, crisis playbooks, vendor and supply-chain governance, and the calm, decisive command culture that high-performance organisations require under pressure. His leadership sharpens our ability to scale into regulated, global and high-stakes engagements without losing operating tempo.
